Belle Sleeves

On a beautiful day in LA you're sure to catch me hanging around Melrose Place. I usually walk Louie there for a latte in the mornings, but some afternoons I meet my girls there for a tea and window shopping while we catch up. 

When I saw this romper at the store, I was like "meh." but decided to try it on anyway, as they were out of most things in my size that day. Let's just say I came out of the dressing room singing "Tale as old as time..."

I love the romantic look of off the shoulder tops, and this one has the added statement sleeves to give it a little something extra. Statement sleeves are the newest trend this season, and I'm loving them. Zara is a great place to find fun statement sleeves this season.

The belt was a little long on me, so I did a special knot to make it look cuter. I usually toss belts that come with dresses and add my own, but I liked the cohesion it gave this busy look so I kept it.
